Paid Time Off

We offer competitive and flexible paid time off that grows with your career:

• 0–1 year of service: Accrues up to 40 hours per year
• 1–10 years of service: 80 hours per year
• 10–20 years of service: 120 hours per year
• 20+ years of service: 160 hours per year

Attention Employees and Plan Participants: As a participant in our health care plan, you are entitled to receive a copy of IRS Form 1095-B (Health Coverage). This form serves as documentation that you and your covered dependents had “minimum essential coverage” during the 2025 tax year.

Important Note: You do not need this form to file your tax return. You should keep it with your other tax records.

How to Request a Copy: We no longer automatically mail paper copies of this form. You can request a copy of your 2025 Form 1095-B at any time through the following methods:
